Walking group meets on Tuesday & Thursdays
at the Pulse Running & Fitness Shop from 7-8 pm
& Saturdays on hold due to lack on participation.
This web site is set up to give you all the information you need to get acquainted with the Pulse Running and Walking Group. It contains information on who we are, club runs, Maps to runs, membership infor-
tion monthly runs schedule, and related information.
The pictures posted at this site will give you an idea of where we run and the friendliness of the group. The photo displayed to the right is from the morning of 08 Tamarak 10k and 1/2 marathon.
One goal with starting this club is to get runners to-gether. Learn about us here, come out and run with us a few times, and join the group so you can run with the Pulse Running and Walking Group.
